Welcome to predecessors, a gpsl centered around a large powerful family known as the Beaumonts. Based out of New Orleans, Louisiana the large family has finally come together. Either from across the states or from across the sea. A mixture of the powerful meeting those who are brand new to this atmosphere. The inherited family, of a retired state senator have brought all of the children together and their grandchildren. During this time, catching up and learning of their dark past has come to light. With the death of Ophelia Beaumont, during the year 1985, still hanging over the elder children's heads. The truth, three of the six children not including Ophelia were behind her death. The eldest Beaumont being the one behind the wheel after a late night of partying and drinking. What no one wants to admit is that their patriarch of the family covered it all up. Now, with this history still hanging in the air; the entire family has come together. Whether they stay together through thick and thin, is completely up to them! There is never a dull moment when one is surrounded by the rich and the powerful.
